In compliance with articles 15, 16 and others related to the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter LFPDPPP), the regulations of the LFPDPPP, guidelines and principles of personal data protection, we make available to you this Comprehensive Privacy Notice, in order to delimit the scope and general conditions of the processing, as well as to inform the holders, so that they are able to make informed decisions about the use of their personal data, and to maintain control and disposition of their personal data by the legal entity Coordinadora Budowa, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter “PENÍNSULA”), in accordance with the following points:

IV. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING.

The personal data of the holder will be used for the following purposes:

V. THE OPTIONS AND MEANS THAT WE OFFER TO THE HOLDERS TO LIMIT THE USE OR

PENÍNSULA in order to protect your information in the best possible way, undertakes to treat your personal data under strict security measures to guarantee its confidentiality. Administrative, legal and technological security standards have been established to prevent unauthorized third parties from seizing your personal data. It should be mentioned that the owner of the personal data can initiate a procedure of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO for its acronym in Spanish) to limit the use or disclose their data in accordance with chapter VI of this privacy notice. VI. THE MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO FOR ITS ACRONYM IN SPANISH) TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

The data that must be contained and the documents that must be attached to your request are:

a) The name of the owner of the personal data:

b) The address of the owner and, if applicable, the address
of the legal representative;

c) An alternate means to communicate the response to your request;

d) The documents that prove the identity of the owner of the personal data or, if applicable, if a third party does so, prove the legal representation;

e) The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the ARCO rights; and

f) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your Personal Data;

g) If applicable, in requests for rectification of personal data, the owner must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports their request. In case of missing information in your request, you will be asked to correct the omission as soon as possible.

If there is doubt about your identity, PENÍNSULA reserves the right to request any other document to prove your identity. If you comply with all the formalities required for this procedure, a response will be given within a maximum period of twenty days, counted from the date on which your request was received or from the date on which you have fully corrected the preventions. The aforementioned period may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it, in accordance with article 32 of the LFPDPPP. It is important that you keep in mind that in all cases we may not be able to fulfill your request or conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data. Likewise, you should consider that, for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue to provide the service you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us. VII. IF APPLICABLE, THE DATA TRANSFERS THAT ARE MADE.

We inform you that PENÍNSULA does transfer personal data to third parties. In addition, transfers may be made without your consent in accordance with the provisions of article 37 of the LFPDPPP, as well as to make this transfer in the terms established by law, to which we establish the following:

a) When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party;
b) When the transfer is necessary for the prevention or medical diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment or the management of health services;
c) When the transfer is made to controlling, subsidiary or affiliated companies under the common control of the responsible party, or to a parent company or any
company of the same Group of the responsible party that operates under the same internal processes and policies;
d) When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in the interest of the holder, by the responsible party and a third party;
e) When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the prosecution or administration of justice;
f) When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process; and
g) When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the responsible party and the holder.

VIII. REVOCATION OF YOUR CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.

You can revoke the consent that, in your case, you have granted us for the processing of your personal data, so we request that you send your request to the Personal Data Protection Officer via email to: info@peninsula.mx.
However, it is important that you keep in mind that in all cases we may not be able to fulfill your request or conclude the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data.
